What does breathing have to do with Long Covid & ME/CFS?
The breath is the foundation of health, our energy exchange, and also the only part of our autonomic nervous system we can learn to have direct control over.
People with Long Covid & ME/CFS are looking for community, connection & support.
But we are also wanting to - feel better, feel more in control & have tools to help in recovery.
Learning the power of the breath will give you that.
It is a 6 week course, with 12 sessions of approx 1 hour.
Different class time/day options to suit your timezone, location & needs.
Each session will be recorded, so if you’re not able to attend live then you will never miss out.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions of your instructor in every session.
Small class size allows for community & connection but also intimacy & nuance.

Yes! Many people with dysfunctional breathing don’t have breathlessness as a symptom.
The breath really is the foundation of health, and will serve you well in your recovery.
Everyone can breathe better, and using the breath to then influence the nervous system is a hugely beneficial tool for recovery & beyond.
Breathing can make a huge difference in recovery from Long Covid & ME/CFS. For some people it may feel like a cure, for others it’s a piece of a bigger puzzle. We strongly believe that working on breathing can help everyone as a foundation for recovery.
You choose one course option. Although all the courses contain the same content, it may not all happen in exactly the same order, and the community feel & instructor continuity would be lost if people moved around between classes.
Pick the class option that works best for you.
All sessions are recorded and sent out privately once the session is over. So you can watch missed sessions, or re-watch those you found especially helpful.
No - depending on your commitments & timezone, you may struggle to attend all classes live. We encourage people to pick a class option that they are able to attend live some of the time, if possible, as we really feel that the community feeling of these classes is important. However, all sessions are recorded and shared so there is the flexibility if attending live is not (always) possible. We encourage you to stay in touch via email & let us know any questions so we can get them answered for you, as well as joining the group Whatsapp.
After you’ve attended one of our courses, classes or workshops, we encourage you to stay in touch! We love to hear from past clients either via email or by joining our Facebook group.
Many of our courses stay in touch via Whatsapp for support & connection. Community is important, and we don’t want you to lose that.
We also offer Graduates options including Monthly Membership and Level 2 & 3 Course Options, which we give you details about towards the end of the "Breathing for Long Covid & ME/CFS" course.
