Welcome to your breathing journey

When we experience something like Long Covid or ME/CFS, our entire world changes, seemingly overnight sometimes. We can feel like we have no control over anything, and that's terrifying.


We have both experienced this and know how scary and devastating this can be - from firsthand experience as well as people we have spoken to and worked with.


The two things that come through from people are the need for community and practical tools to help.


Jackie & Vikki met through the power of the breath - and what we have built brings you both of these things - connecting with others and learning practical tools in a way that is safe & supportive for people with Long Covid & ME/CFS.


We teach a flagship 6 week, 12 session, online taught course, as well as monthly community drop-ins and workshops.

But we also learned that people with Long Covid & ME/CFS need to be treated carefully, and those without lived experience often don't understand how delicate we can be.


The breath has huge power. And with huge power becomes huge responsibility!


Which is why we designed our own program, to take the trial and error out of breathing in recovery. So you don't have to make the mistakes that we did!


Learning your own body, understanding its signals and making your own choices is so important in our classes.


We have breathing expertise, but you are the expert of your own experience.
